A re-route bypasses a problem section — most commonly a slab leak — by running new pipe overhead through walls and attic space instead of under the concrete. It's targeted, fast, and avoids tearing up floors.

A re-pipe replaces your home's entire water supply system with new piping — typically PEX or copper. It's the permanent solution for homes with systemic pipe failure.
